Spring is a season of renewal - and Mellow Mondays are your invitation to slow down, soften, and gently reawaken after the long winter rhythm. Join us at Golden Isles Belly Dance for a beautifully calming Restorative Yoga series with Susanne, created to help you release tension, melt away the start-of-the-week stress, and step into the rest of your week feeling grounded, supported, and refreshed. This is not a workout.
